Welcome to T.W. Lane Enterprises Auto Sales
History behind the company: T.W. Lane Enterprises started business as a Class D Auto Broker selling vehicles for other people in 1979, specializing in Historical Automobiles. Marketing and sales were confined to South Westnedge Avenue in Kalamazoo, Michigan, southwestern Michigan and Northern Indiana. The tool of choice for advertising was either the Kalamazoo Gazette or the Wheels N Keels Magazine. The only auctions at that time were the Kruse auction in Auburn, Indiana for Antique and Special Interest Autos, or a local general used car auction in Schoolcraft, Michigan. Much has changed and many things have happened since that time. We now have Ebay and several hundred publications and auctions to aid in marketing vehicles. The market has also changed from the old car collector to syndicates, large scale investment groups and a wrath of special interest side line groups. However, there are still three things that makes a vehicle worth the money - (1) Rarity (2) Desirability (3) Condition. Cars may change and the market may rise and fall but one thing is always true - you can never pay too much for a premo car but junk will always be junk. We invite you to browse our selection of Automobiles listed with us :

1952 GMC M-211 6X6 U.S. Army Truck
This vehicle is powered by an inline GMC 6 Cylinder 302 Cubic Inch Gas engine which supplies power to a 4 speed High Low range Automatic transmission. Equipped with a hard top cab and power take off winch. The truck will run and move under its own power, with the installation of batteries. However, the proportioning valve which controls the brakes appears to be inoperable. At the present time, the canvas cover over the troop area has been removed due to deterioration. This truck was shown at the Red Barns Show to many people's delight back in 1994 and was judged best in its class. Age and deterioration have taken its toll. With a little work, this great truck could assume its rightful place once again. This vehicle is titled in the State of Michigan and comes with documentation from the man who bought it from Ft. Smith Arkansas in 1993 .
Priced $6,500.00

1967 Sunbeam Fun Wagon (totally unique)
This cute British-built motor home sleeps up to 6. It also has a 3 burner stove, Ice Box and sink and all the comforts of home. This was the first Caravan used for holiday in England. The aluminum body is on a Comber chassis with a 4 cylinder, 4 speed manual transmision. The mechanicals of this unit appear to be in good order. The unit starts, runs well and drives under its own power. I have driven this unit over 50 miles and can attest to it's runability. The exterior paint appears to be original with the typical dings and dents and paint chips. The interior appears to have been replaced years ago with new material for the seats. The open air roof needs to be secured to maintain integrity. This cutie is a hit at car shows. I have not seen another one.
